These are no-carbon forms with pressure sensitivity.
Carbonless forms automatically make duplicate prints as you write
on them. They will be printed with black ink which is
easy to read, copy, scan,
etc.
CUSTOM FORMS
DESIGN:
We will print from a customized form creation you provide us
digitally.
We can create a form design for a one time form designing fee.
The form designer fee would be: Simple Custom Form: $29 •
Medium Custom Form: $39 Complex Custom Form: $49
The price for design work is a one time charge.
After that we will have your layout on file to use again without
additional costs.
Provide one or more
of the following:
1) your own form design in a digital file
2) a sample form you would like to model when we custom build a
form. Indicate changes, positioning, wording, graphics, etc.
3) a sketch of what you want along with all the text we need when
creating a form.
4) Send us your logo, other graphic images, and photos in high
resolution image files and/or in print.
Our form designer will work with you to use what you have to get
the customized form you
want.
ORDERING:
1) Place
your order in the Buy it Now area and make your
payment.
2) Pick
your 2 ink colors from these standard
inks: black, royal blue, sky
blue, red, maroon, green, marine green, teal, hot pink, golden

Let us know the PMS color or colors you would
like to have printed. Non standard inks are $18 each.
3) Send your form already set up as a
digital file. (You may use our PayPal email to send files.)

Send a high quality printed page, any
information we need to add, the images you would like, samples of a
form you want to utilize, a sketch of your layout, the name of your
company and all the other information you would like to be
printed.
(Our form designers will do the layout as you indicate you
would like it. There is a charge for
designing your custom carbonless form.)
4) After order and payment is
confirmed, your 3 part forms will be entered into the process
of printing or designing.
5) If form design services are
required, production will begin after getting your
approval.
The ncr carbonless forms will then be shipped to you
in 2-3 working days of production time. (Production time
begins when the file is ready to
print.)
Image types: pdf, jpg, gif, png, tif, bmp, ai, wmf,
and eps. (On vector files, convert text to curves or include the
fonts.)

Quality: For higher quality printing,

Production time for printing of forms is 2-3 working
days after submission of your ready-to-print form layout or
approval of the design we layout for you. Shipping is UPS
ground.
