THE GOODS:

Karen and Jim are pleased to offer you this PZH Gouda Het Hert pottery covered serving dish with a pretty multi floral pattern, the prancing deer back stamp and an applied handle to the lid. There are no chips, crazing or cracks and t measures 10 1/8" across between handles X 8" X 2.5" deep X approx 5 1/4" tall with the lid in place. A beautiful piece of vintage Gouda ready for use or display. We have acquired a few more pieces of this vintage table ware, please take a look.

We love to combine shipping when practical.

North American customers just pay the most expensive shipping charge and pay only $2.00 more for each added item. Of course exceptions do apply (heavy or bulky items) and on the other side (light and unbreakable items) but you get the general idea. Breakable items will be combined up to our maximum box size 16”x16”x16” and then we will need to start over again.

Overseas customers are a little trickier, it is best to ask first. We will do what we can to save you money but please try to keep your packages less than 2 kilograms packed. This would be our most economical package rate.

Our Policies:

We add insurance to all of our shipments that do not fit into an envelope. We do this at no extra cost to you. Let us know if there is a problem with your package, we will do our best to rectify it. Paypal is prefered for all payments.

Our shipping is lightning fast from Canada. We ship every day, Monday - Friday. Please look at the posted date on your package when you receive it and keep our fast handling time in mind when leaving your 5 star feedback. We did our part, please don't rate us on the postal services lack of speed.

We strive for your 5 star feedback, if you have an issue with your item, please give us a chance to make it right before you leave your feedback. Please understand that we have to use Canada Post as our prime shipping service and do not have access to the lower USPS rates.

Just a short note to Canadians.

 Canada Post does not have a small packet rate for domestic delivery, therefore shipping within Canada is sometimes more expensive than to the states. The good news is that heavy parcels are cheaper to ship within Canada so you will save money on single heavy items.

All Canadian sales are subject to GST/HST at the provincial rate of your shipping address. Our HST # is 828415497

Sales to B.C. and Alberta will have the shipping discounted in the invoice between $2 and $4.

 

We do not charge tax on U.S. or overseas purchases but your home country may. Please check with your home customs agency with regards to tax and duty; these costs if applicable are not included in our shipping charges.
